For more than 100 years, Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, a not-for-profit organization, has been known for its tradition of excellence in serving older adults. We are a one of the largest not-for-profit, long-term care organizations in the Greater Cleveland area.

Our organization is committed to maintaining communities that respect, value, and empower every member equally. The mission Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network is to affirm the dignity and individual worth of older adults and their right to attain the highest possible quality of life.

The Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network communities cover the complete continuum of today’s residential long-term care needs, including Continuing Care Retirement (CCRC), assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice services, sub-acute care, and Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

Eliza Jennings also operates two community based services: Acacia Place adult day center and Signal, a holistic geriatric assessment program."

ELIZA JENNINGS, established in 1888, is a 150-bed nursing community in a Cleveland landmark building. Eliza Jennings offers a complete range of nursing services including respite, rehabilitative, and long term skilled nursing care. The recent $6.5 million renovation has redesigned the community creating a residential environment that unites residents and staff in a warm and inviting neighborhood atmosphere. Eliza Jennings is conveniently located on the RTA bus line on Detroit Avenue.

THE RENAISSANCE, is a fully accredited continuing care retirement community in Olmsted Township. It consists of 175 apartments and single story town homes for independent living, 14 assisted living apartments, and a 100 bed nursing center that includes skilled nursing and Alzheimer’s care. The Renaissance provides a continuum of care to nurture and sustain wellness through physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual health programs. The Renaissance is located on The Links, a public 18 hole golf course.

DEVON OAKS, is Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network’s newest assisted living community in Westlake. The attractive, 3 story, 47,200 square foot building finished in 2000 features 67 apartments in a gracious setting, offering residents more than the comforts of home including a private dining room, library alcove, great room with a fireplace, home theatre and coffee lounge. Twelve apartments are designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other memory impairments.

ACACIA PLACE, an Adult Day Center, provides stimulating activities, nutritious meals, assistance with medication, health care monitoring, bathing, grooming services, rehabilitative services, and social interaction to community residents.
